Why am I not getting emails?

Not getting emails? There are several ways to correct this. The first thing to do is check your SPAM folder to ensure emails are not being flagged as junk. If you have changed your email, or forgot your login details, your profile can be changed either via automation or manually.

Email addresses are not currently available to change on your user profile. However, manual requests to change your details can be made by emailing support@engagerx.zendesk.com.

Note: The email you used to register is the email we send communications to.
