What tips do you have for me to stay on track?

Some people have found the following tips useful.

  1. Do the program in a group or at least have 1 accountability partner. Check in with your team/partner at least weekly to share your learning and application of your learning. Discuss the following
    1. I was surprised to learn…
    2. I was reminded…
    3. I realized….
    4. I plan to…..
  2. Block time in your schedule for the 15 minutes, 5 days a week.
  3. Do the reading at the same time and place each day. Eg. At lunch, once I sit down with my food, I start my reading.
